The Illusion of Fear

“There is no greater illusion than fear,
no greater wrong than preparing to defend yourself,
no greater misfortune than having an enemy.

Whoever can see through all fear
will always be safe.”

Tao Te Ching verse 46

Within War, There is Peace

“One man believes he is the slayer, another believes he is the slain.  Both are ignorant; there is neither slayer nor slain.  You were never born; you will never die.  You have never changed; you can never change.  Unborn, eternal, immutable, immemorial, you do not die when the body dies.  Realizing that which is indestructible, eternal, unborn, and unchanging, how can you slay or cause another to slay?”

Bhagavad Gita

Chapter Two verse 19 through 21

The Path to Peace

“The Tao never does anything, yet through it all things are done.  If powerful men and women could center themselves in it, the whole world would be transformed, by itself, in its natural rhythms.  People would be content with their simple every day lives,  and harmony, and free of desire.  When there is no desire, all things are at peace.”

Tao te Ching verse 37

True Freedom

“If you wish to see the truth, then hold no opinions for or against anything. To set up what you like against what you dislike is the disease of the mind.”

Seek The Light of Consciousness

“You are going to have the light just a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, before darkness overtakes you. Whoever walks in the dark does not know where they are going. Believe in the light while you have the light, so that you may become children of light.”

John 12:35-36 New International Version

The Mysterious Feminine

The spirit that never dies
Is called the mysterious feminine.
Although she becomes the whole universe,
Her immaculate purity is never lost.
Although she assumes countless forms,
Her true identity remains intact.

The gateway to the mysterious female
Is called the root of creation.

Listen to her voice,
Hear it echo through creation.
Without fail, she reveals her presence.
Without fail, she brings us to our own perfection.
Although it is invisible, it endures;
It will never end.
